I Want Abs Fitness Challenge (Kettlebell Workout)
1.) Kettlebell Swing (4 sets of 8-12 reps)
2.) Kettlebell Clean (4 sets of 8-12 reps)
3.) Kettlebell Snatch (4 sets of 8-12 reps)
4.) Kettlebell Turkish Get Up (3 sets of 3-5 reps)
Remember to rest one minute in between sets.
